Avant Gardner requests demolition allow for Brooklyn Mirage venue

The homeowners of the troubled Brooklyn Mirage live performance venue have requested for a demolition allow to tear down the stage.

Bankrupt operator Avant Gardner requested the allow on Oct. 10 to demolish the 32,000-square-foot non permanent out of doors venue in East Williamsburg, actual property outlet The Actual Deal reported Tuesday.

It’s the most recent unfavourable improvement for the Mirage, which debuted in 2015 as a pop-up venue and shortly grew to become one of many trendiest efficiency phases within the metropolis.

Although Avant Gardner claimed the house would reopen throughout the summer season, it by no means did.
