Man killed by Brooklyn subway prepare, inflicting rush hour delays on No. 3 and 4 strains

A person was struck and killed by a Brooklyn No. 3 prepare, inflicting large delays throughout Friday’s rush hour, police and MTA officers stated.

The unidentified sufferer was struck by the prepare on the Sutter Ave.-Rutland station close to E. 98th St. in Brownsville about 7:45 a.m., cops stated.

The person died on the scene, inflicting the MTA to restrict No. 3 and No. 4 prepare service between the Crown Hts-Utica Ave. and New Tons Ave. stations.

Commuters had been urged to take buses to main Brooklyn transit hubs because the NYPD continues its investigation.

It was not instantly clear if the sufferer jumped in entrance of the oncoming prepare or was already on the tracks when the south-bound prepare entered the station, cops stated.
