WASHINGTON (AP) — The Trump Justice Division mentioned Monday that it had fired greater than a dozen staff who labored on prison investigations into President Donald Trump.

The abrupt motion focusing on profession prosecutors who labored on particular counsel Jack Smith’s crew is the most recent signal of upheaval contained in the Justice Division and displays the administration’s dedication to purge the federal government of employees it perceives as disloyal to the president.
