Virginia Museum Receives “Transformative” Present of Haitian Artwork

For over three many years, textile artist Myrlande Fixed has depicted scenes from Haitian historical past, faith, and each day life via the large-scale, labor-intensive beaded embroidery of conventional Vodou flags.
