Adams and the ex, onetime skilled bodybuilder Sylvia Cowan, purchased the one-bedroom co-op unit on Prospect Place in Crown Heights in 1988.

Adams spokeswoman Kayla Mamelak confirmed Tuesday the mayor now not owns the condo, however wouldn’t say what went into his resolution to lastly offload his share.

Cowan didn’t return requests for remark.
