Protests and criticism

The lavish celebration was not with out its critics. The No House for Bezos motion — a mixture of anti-cruise ship campaigners, college teams and housing advocates — staged protests all through Venice main as much as the occasion, even planning to hinder canal entry to stop wedding ceremony visitors from reaching the venue, based on the Related Press.
