WASHINGTON (AP) — The Senate narrowly voted on Tuesday to start contemplating the nomination of former Trump lawyer Emil Bove for a lifetime appointment as a federal appeals courtroom choose, with not less than one Republican opposed and Democrats vowing to attempt to gradual his affirmation.
