‘A spot to have fun ourselves’: A music pageant in Riverside strikes forward regardless of ICE fears

This yr’s all-ages pageant might be headlined by two bands that mix cumbia rhythms with psychedelic melodies, Tropa Magica and Combo Chimbita, in addition to jazz band Brainstory.
