A 24-year-old BMW driver was killed in Queens when his luxurious automotive struck a guardrail, veered throughout three lanes of site visitors and flipped onto its roof early Tuesday, however the sufferer’s passenger ran off from the scene apparently unscathed, police mentioned.

Bishinu Madray-Mootoo was behind the wheel of the 1999 BMW, heading north on the Cross Island Parkway approaching the Bell Blvd. exit in Bay Terrace round 2:30 a.m. when he misplaced management of the automotive, cops mentioned.

The BMW bounced off a guardrail on the east aspect of the freeway, then skidded throughout three lanes of site visitors earlier than slamming right into a concrete median and overturning onto its roof.

Madray-Mootoo’s passenger was noticed crawling out of the wreck and working off. The passenger hadn’t been positioned by Tuesday afternoon.

EMS rushed the driving force to North Shore College Hospital, however he couldn’t be saved. Madray-Mootoo lived in South Richmond Hill, Queens, about 10 miles from the place the deadly crash occurred.

The NYPD’s collision investigation squad was attempting Tuesday to find out what sparked the crash.
