A 14-year-old boy was shot within the thigh as bullets began flying in a Queens park Friday morning, police mentioned.

The kid was in Rufus King Park close to the nook of Jamaica Ave. and a hundred and fiftieth St. in Jamaica at about 10:30 a.m. when somebody opened fireplace.

The teenager was hit within the thigh and was rushed to Northwell Cohen Kids’s Medical Heart, the place he was handled and anticipated to outlive.

The gunman ran off. No arrests have been made.

Friday’s capturing marks the fourth time in two weeks that somebody has been shot both near or inside a metropolis park. The opposite three shootings had been within the Bronx, cops mentioned.
