A federal decide has issued a short lived restraining order blocking the federal authorities from withholding funding from New York State within the ongoing battle over New York Metropolis’s congestion pricing.

The order comes at some point earlier than a deadline set by the U.S. Division of Transportation, after which the company warned it could start contemplating “compliance actions” in opposition to the Empire State for refusing to finish the first-of-its-kind Manhattan site visitors toll.
