Cops hunt escaped prisoner with dangling handcuff in decrease Manhattan

A 34-year-old man escaped from police custody in decrease Manhattan, and was final seen working barefoot towards the East River with a handcuff dangling from one wrist, police stated Thursday evening.

The fugitive took off outdoors of NYU Langone Medical Focus on 7 p.m., in line with police. He was final seen close to E. thirtieth St. and FDR Drive.

The roughly 6″ tall Black man was final seen sporting a black t-shirt, with a white t-shirt beneath, and black sweatpants, a supply stated.

He was barefoot and could also be overlaying the handcuff dangling from his proper wrist with containers, the supply added.
