Cops have arrested a suspect within the dying of a 25-year-old man fatally shot within the Bronx final month by gunman driving a moped, police stated Thursday.

Police recognized the sufferer as Mott Haven resident Luis Marcano Sanchez, who died after he was shot a number of occasions within the torso by a moped-riding assailant close to Bryant and Lafayette Aves. in Hunts Level June 9 round 8:15 p.m.

After the taking pictures, the gunman sped off and remained on the unfastened.

On Thursday round 12:45 p.m., Kleiderson Chacon Garcia, 29, was arrested and charged with the slaying of Marcano Sanchez, police stated.

Chacon Garcia lives in Fordham, about 4 miles from the place the taking pictures occurred, in line with cops.
