Legal professionals for Sean “Diddy” Combs are pushing for a choose to permit potential jurors for his upcoming legal trial to be requested about their positions on intercourse, medication and violence.

The delicate matters had been raised because the embattled music mogul’s protection workforce submitted a proposed questionnaire for folks summoned for his Might 5 trial in Manhattan.

Diddy, who’s at the moment incarcerated on the Metropolitan Detention Middle in Brooklyn, was charged in September with racketeering conspiracy, transportation to have interaction in prostitution and intercourse trafficking by drive, fraud or coercion. He has pleaded not responsible and maintained his innocence.

R&B singer Cassie Ventura, who has accused Combs of rape, bodily abuse and forcing her to have interaction in varied acts with male intercourse staff, is getting ready to testify in opposition to her ex-boyfriend, in line with a movement filed final week.

Prosecutors have mentioned that lodge surveillance video of Ventura being crushed by Combs in 2016 might be a key piece of the proof on the trial.
