LI man arrested after hit-and-run kills girl strolling on shoulder

A Lengthy Island man was arrested following a hit-and-run crash in Selden that left a girl lifeless, officers stated Thursday.

The pedestrian, later recognized as 37-year-old Victoria Hutson of Selden, was taken to Stony Brook College Hospital, the place she was pronounced lifeless.
