Man dies after being struck by Queens 7 practice, sparking rush hour delays

A person was struck and killed by a No. 7 practice early Friday, sparking large rush-hour delays all through Queens, officers mentioned.

The unidentified sufferer was already on the tracks when the practice slammed into him on the Junction Blvd. practice station at Roosevelt Ave. at about 7:45 a.m.

The person died on the scene. No criminality was anticipated.

Trains have been rerouted across the station, sparking large rush-hour delays in each instructions alongside the whole line.

The No. 7 line was nonetheless operating with delays after rush hour ended, MTA officers mentioned.
