A Massapequa man was indicted Tuesday for displaying up on the Amityville residence of a 12-year-old boy he’d linked with on a cell app and who was alone in the home, raping the boy after which demanding cash.
A grand jury indicted Marquise Utsey, 34, for 2 counts every of first-degree rape and sexual abuse, one rely of theft, and one misdemeanor rely of endangering the welfare of a kid, the Suffolk County District Legal professional’s Workplace stated.
