Commuters in New York and Connecticut have been experiencing heavy delays Friday morning, after a Thursday night outage hampered Amtrak and Metro-North Railroad service by Connecticut.
An MTA spokesman mentioned crews labored by the night time, enabling operation on a minimum of one monitor within the in a single day hours.
