A New York Metropolis lady is suing Chipotle, DoorDash and the employee who delivered her meals, alleging she “bit into a rodent” contained inside the hen burrito bowl she ordered.

Based on a civil grievance filed Monday in New York County Supreme Court docket, Gia Bernhardt, 24, positioned an order on Jan. 11 from the Third Ave. Chipotle on the Higher East Aspect, between East 84th and eighty fifth streets.

Upon her order being delivered by the “dasher,” she dug into her meals, solely to “bite into a rodent … and thereby suffer and sustain severe bodily injuries,” per the grievance, first reported on Tuesday by The Unbiased.
