Epidemiological research have revealed a robust correlation between purple meat consumption and the event of inflammatory bowel illness. “This study contributes to improving food innervation approaches for inflammatory bowel disease treatment and indicates a close crosstalk among diet, gut microbiota, and intestinal immunity,” stated co–corresponding creator Dan Tian, MD, Ph.D., of Capital Medical College, in China.
