Spanish fast-fashion retailer Mango has launched Mango Stylist, a pioneering digital assistant powered by generative synthetic intelligence (AI), aimed toward providing prospects a extra personalised, intuitive, and interesting on-line buying expertise.

Initially obtainable for the Lady line in Spain, Portugal, the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Turkiye, and the US, the software delivers tailor-made product options, full outfit concepts, and pattern insights by way of a conversational interface on Mango’s e-commerce platform and Instagram account.

Spanish style retailer Mango has launched Mango Stylist, a generative AI-powered digital assistant for its Lady line, obtainable in Europe and US.
Accessible through its e-commerce web site and Instagram, the software gives personalised styling and pattern insights.
Built-in with Mango’s Iris assistant, it helps pre- and post-purchase queries.
The launch aligns with Mango’s 2024–2026 technique.

“This innovative tool is the result of close collaboration across our IT, Data, Digital Product, Styling, Design, Visual Merchandising and Customer Service teams and it is part of our Strategic Plan 2024–2026 which, through the Earn pillar, aims to create value through technological development, data management and artificial intelligence and operational excellence,” Mango stated in a LinkedIn publish.

Mango Stylist is totally built-in with the corporate’s present after-sales assistant, Iris.
