UK’s John Lewis names Dom McBrien chief digital & omnichannel officer

John Lewis introduced the appointment of Dom McBrien as its Chief Digital & Omnichannel Officer, a job that can sit on the John Lewis Administration Board.

John Lewis has appointed Dom McBrien as chief digital & omnichannel officer, becoming a member of its administration board on October 1.
With over 20 years’ expertise, together with senior roles at Physique&Match, Glanbia, Arcadia, and M&S, he’ll report back to MD Peter Ruis.
The rent strengthens John Lewis’ digital management and helps its omnichannel transformation ambitions.

This appointment additional strengthens the John Lewis management throughout the enterprise and is a crucial a part of our digital transformation and omnichannel ambitions.

Dom has over 20 years of digital transformation expertise, most lately as CEO for Physique&Match and World President for Direct To Client at Glanbia Efficiency Diet. Dom has labored throughout various different excessive profile retailers together with Arcadia, New Look, M&S, The White Firm in addition to Microsoft. He’ll report back to Peter Ruis, Managing Director of John Lewis.

Dom will be part of John Lewis on 1 October.
