Choula understands the stresses and strains of caregiving, as she spent 15 years caring for a mom with a type of dementia referred to as frontotemporal degeneration.

“During that entire time, I was working a full-time job,” Choula mentioned. Within the midst of caring for her mother, Choula gave beginning to a daughter and son.
