Veteran Democratic Connecticut state consultant Kevin Ryan died on the age of 73.

The governor ordered state flags lowered to half-staff in honor of Ryan on Monday. Flags will stay there till sundown on the date of Ryan’s internment, which has not been introduced. Caron advised CT Insider the funeral can be someday after Thanksgiving.
“The Capitol will feel emptier without him, but the impact he made on his community, on this institution, and on each of us will endure,” Home Speaker Matt Ritter and Majority Chief Jason Rojas mentioned in a press release.
Ryan held levels from Villanova College and the College of New Haven, in addition to the Pennsylvania School of Optometry, in keeping with the Hartford Courant.
