President-elect Trump slammed President Biden on Tuesday for commuting the demise sentences of 37 federal prisoners in an act of vacation clemency.

Biden defined his determination by noting that his administration has imposed a moratorium on federal executions besides in instances of “terrorism and hate-motivated mass murder.”

Anthony D. Romero, government director of the ACLU, stated in a press release that Biden has proven “the brutal and inhumane policies of our past do not belong in our future.”
