CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Personnel from a U.S. warship boarded a Venezuelan tuna boat with 9 fishermen whereas it was crusing in Venezuelan waters, Venezuela’s overseas minister stated on Saturday, underlining strained relations with the US.
